Employment Equity


Does your business employ 50 or more people?
Does your business have a total annual turnover (or more) as reflected in Schedule 4 of the Employment Equity Act? As the threshold differs per industry we are able to assist you in determining if you are considered a designated employer or not.

If you answered yes to any of the above questions you are considered to be a “Designated Employer” and need to comply with the Employment Equity Act, No 55 of 1998 in order to avoid being fined.

We assist with designing and implementing an Employment Equity strategy. Including the forming and overseeing of your Employment Equity Committee.
